1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Brunets Legal website (the "Website"), operated by Volodymyr Brunets, trading as Brunets Legal, Oscar Hammersteinstraat 17, 3543 CV Utrecht, the Netherlands, KvK 96926538 ("Brunets Legal", "we", "us"). By using the Website, you accept these terms.

2. Information only — no advice

The Website is provided for general information and marketing purposes only. Nothing on the Website constitutes legal advice, a legal opinion or any other professional advice, and it should not be relied upon as such. You should obtain advice specific to your situation before taking or refraining from any action.

3. No offer and no engagement

Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer, a binding proposal or a contract. Descriptions of services, scope, timelines and prices are indicative, may change at any time, and are stated exclusive of VAT unless indicated otherwise. Any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement, and the terms of that agreement alone govern the services provided.

Using the Website, submitting the contact form, booking a call or exchanging emails does not create a client relationship. Please do not send confidential information until an engagement has been agreed in writing.

4. Not a law firm

Brunets Legal provides commercial legal consulting services. It is not a law firm, and Volodymyr Brunets is not registered as an advocaat with the Netherlands Bar (Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten). We do not provide services that are reserved by law to locally qualified lawyers in any jurisdiction.

5. Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but the Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend or discontinue the Website or any part of it at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brunets Legal excludes all liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Website or reliance on its content, including content of linked third-party websites. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for intent or deliberate recklessness.
